Auxx-Lift

This company is top notch. After a lot of research I decided to try this company. I have fairly high expectations and this company exceeded them. the company they recommended to install the system was spot on. They installed it as if it was going to be their own. I am tempted to purchase another lift system. The Auxx Lift company and the installers are the best and a shout out to their scheduler Anna Anka, she was always there to answer questions.

I have managed to acquire 4 separate Auxx Lifts over the last 8 years. The original two are still going strong. I love the extra space that they give me in the garage and the ability to lower them for easy accessibility. My favorite feature is the ability to precisely set how low and how high the lifts will go - to make sure it doesn't hit the floor or anything else below and doesn't crunch things into the ceiling.
The instructions take a little bit of time to work through; I highly recommend the online videos to understand the design. Once you understand them, they are very intuitive. Thank you!

I recently purchased a 400 pound capacity lift for my son after he moved to a home with less garage space. The lift was a perfect solution for his heavier items. We located it in the area above the garage door and put the garage opener outlet on a remote shutoff so it could never be operated when the lift was down. The Auxx Lift instructions required a bit of study but together with the videos on line, they became clear and I was able to successfully complete the installation in about 5 hours. (If you're not comfortable doing moderate difficulty home projects, it would be best to find a qualified installer.) I had an adjustment challenge setting the final stop points, so I called Auxx Lift technical support and David walked me through the steps to finish. I made the mistake of showing a neighbor how well the lift worked, and now I get to install a lift for her too. These lifts work exactly as advertised and make an ideal solution for heavy items when floor storage area is limited.

Purchased the Auxx-Lift 1400 and installed over the course of several hours on a Saturday. Couldn't get the lift to operate properly and make adjustments, so reached out to customer service. They put me in contact with Tech Support. Called them Sunday morning around 8 AM and David picked up, called me via FaceTime, walked me through how to make the adjustments and now it works perfectly. Could not be more pleased!! Agree with others that the printed instructions could use some work - the videos are easier to follow. One helpful tip - the motors themselves contain the "memory" for the up & down positions, so don't adjust the inside/outside screws without being very careful.

Customer service was a great help - direct contact with owner & inventor of the lift during installation was immensely helpful!! Lift works great! Very happy with it.!

Nice unit . Works great so far . Directions are terrible. Online videos much better
