Carrier pick-up is outside of Auxx-Lift's control and we are unable to guarantee shipments will leave the facility within the specified time frame in all cases.
In the event Auxx-Lift is unable to meet this timeline, customers will be promptly notified via E-mail of revised shipping timeframes and subsequent updates.
This shipping time does not include order processing time.

Your order will be processed/shipped on the next business day, if an order is placed on a weekend or holiday. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We ship to all 50 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time for delivery.
Shipping is currently free (limited time) within the contiguous United States. There are additional shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii ($250 per large item ordered). Shipping fees for products that have been delivered to an address in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.
We use UPS Ground for most of our products. Delivery times will vary based on location and product availability. A signature is required for large heavy items at the time of delivery and denotes that the product was received and is damage free unless otherwise noted by the delivery team member.
Typically it will take 1-5 business days depening on your location in the continental states.
Shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska varies.
Once we have received your order and gotten it ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s).
