Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed on the same day when orders are placed Mon-Fri before 1pm PT. Exception to this rule are holidays.

Your order will be processed/shipped on the next business day, if an order is placed on a weekend or holiday. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Where do we ship?

We ship to all 50 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time for delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is currently free (limited time) within the contiguous United States. There are additional shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii ($250 per large item ordered). Shipping fees for products that have been delivered to an address in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.

Carrier & Delivery Times

We use Fedex Ground for most of our products. Delivery times will vary based on location and product availability. A signature is required for large heavy items at the time of delivery and denotes that the product was received and is damage free unless otherwise noted by the delivery team member.

Typically it will take 1-5 business days depening on your location in the continental states.
Shipping time to Hawaii and Alaska varies.

Shipping confirmation / Order tracking

Once we have received your order and gotten it ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number(s).
