Great product that works exactly as advertised. Could use better instructions and/or install videos that specifically touch on the 'additional hardware' but I was still able to complete and it works great
It took some doing to get the sloped 22ft high ceiling ready to hold this machine and some trial and error to find top and bottom. But it’s working great.
The instruction manual was a little quirky. The videos will walk you through the install though. Was able to complete the install in about 4/hrs by myself. Highly recommend this product!
Awesome lift system
We moved from a house with a 3-car garage to a 2-car garage. This added much needed storage space. I researched installers with Auxx-Lift and no one was listed in our area (Wichita, KS). I got a recommendation on a local small remodeller who had never done one, but was excited to do one. He was fantastic, took 2 days (really about 1.5 days). He followed your directions and it looks and works great. I am recommending your product and his installation to everyone in our neighborhood. He is reaching out to Auxx-Lift as well; add him to your installer list if possible. About the product - looks great, works great, does exactly what your advertising says it will do.
