The entire experience was very efficient and we are thrilled beyond belief with our new Auxx-Lift! I needed an installer and the support team quickly provided me with the contact info for one of their approved installers in my area. He came, his estimate was reasonable, so we moved forward with the install. One week later we have a fantastic working lift for our garage attic which allows us to safely move things to the attic when not needed, and down from the attic when needed. It's SO much safer that trying to haul items up the pull down stairs in my garage, NO THANKS!

Anna & David were a pleasure to work with and outstanding in their installation. I would not have wanted to attempt it myself. I asked for the trickier inset installation because I wanted to be able to attach the ceiling planks to the lift so that it would be flush and visually disappear when lifted all the up. The lift works as advertised and I feel much safer not having to carry large items up a ladder anymore!

Once I got everything installed, the attic lift worked great. The instructions were a little hard to follow and the on line tutorial can be a little confusing. The installation took a lot longer than expected. I had to cut a whole in the attic floor. A paper template for the size of the cut would have been helpful. Again, great product once installed.

I had to give the lift a 5 star rating, but there is a side note. The directions were very difficult to work with. They try to describe the installation for every different Lift in one set of instructions. It makes it very difficult. The Video is hard to understand. I spent the better part of 2 weeks going over everything several times before I had the courage to cut the hole in my attic, Normally, I am not bad at building and installing things, but I begged my son to help because he is real techy. I would over analyze every step before starting the process which helped. Once completed, I have been very pleased, but the process was pretty involved. The reason for the 5 stars is because the actual lift is designed to over the top. It's design is incredible! They just had trouble putting that into a good set of instructions.

Love My Recessed Installation That's Nearly Invisible!

Great Product
