We got two of the lifts for our garage, and what a difference it makes! Everything is off the floor, we have so much room in the garage, but it's easy to get at anything we have stored. The crew that came and installed the lifts were great, they worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect.
We have put several of these lifts up for customers. Customers love them and they are fairly easy to install
Product came promptly. Installation went good. Had some problem withe electronics, tech support was great.
All aspects of my AUXX lift purchase were excellent. The design was the best I’ve ever seen, the process of getting the product was right on, the performance of my lift motors to raise my 13‘ x 8‘ swim spa cover was all I could ever want. If I were to recommend anything, it would be the height adjustment process as written is more complicated than it has to be.. Once I understood it It was a piece of cake as they say. This product was extremely well engineered/designed.
Love the product. Its sturdy, large motors, operates perfectly. The instructions left much to be desired. I’m a do it yourself-er and had some difficulty navigating between the paper instructions and video. There was a place or two where the video didn’t match up with the instructions. I think the install took significantly longer than it could have with better instructions. But when it’s all said and done, I’m really happy. I picked this product over others because of the weight limit and the independent remote control. I’ll be storing my snow blower on it and the last thing I want to do is update a stupid app every winter.
It was just installed, but It works great. As expected, and I have high expectations :)

The installation is similar to that of an automatic garage door opener.
You work overhead on a ladder or scaffold and you have to find the ceiling's joists.
You have to install the 2 mounting rails to the ceiling's supports.
It usually take a professional installer about 2 hours.
