Purchased the 4X8 ceiling lift for my garage. Well built lift. Only mounting issue I had was mounting to my wooden ceiling and making sure I did not penetrate the roofing material with the lag bolts. As far as set up, one of the diagrams in the install manual was wrong causing me to put my motors in the reverse position. However Scott at tech support was awesome. Even with the motors in the wrong locations he was able to assist me in getting all the upper and lower settings done correctly and everything working as designed.
We got two of the lifts for our garage, and what a difference it makes! Everything is off the floor, we have so much room in the garage, but it's easy to get at anything we have stored. The crew that came and installed the lifts were great, they worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect.
