07 Assemble Platform

Prepare beams and brackets

  Install all four (4) brackets to the channel beams, wire the wire rope through the brackets channel and tighten the rope with the set screws.

  Add the spring and nut to the brackets to create the feet of the lift.

  Install all four (4) corner brackets to the channel beams with M6x15 screws and nuts.

Assemble Platform

  Install the C-beams and C-support beams.

• 2

  Install all four (4) wire rope clips to the side beams and have the wire rope go through them.

Adjusting cable

• 1

  Cut remaining four (4) cable ties and slowly let the lift down.

  2. Make sure wire rope is spooled around the motor nice and neat.
